  • Camryn Clements

    Head Chef, Manager, Owner
    Camryn is the head of the business, from cooking in the kitchen to developing recipes to the day-to-day administrative needs. She has been cooking exclusively plant-based in her home since October 2018 and has brought her knowledge and experience into the commercial realm. She has a passion for plant-based cooking and loves sharing her creations with customers in hopes that they may fall in love with eating more plants!

    Camryn’s recipes appeared in the New York Times Best Selling cookbook The Blue Zones American Kitchen by world renowned explorer Dan Buettner. She also had the honor of joining the panel of chefs and creators for the 12th annual 2023 Plant-Stock event, hosted by the Esseltyn Family. After years of being an Instagram recipe blogger and creator, she’s excited to shift her focus on the concrete act of cooking food for the community around her.

  • Madison Ebersole, MS, RD, LDN

    Licensed and Registered Dietician Consultant
    Madison completes all nutrition analyses for The Plant-Based Cajun meals, creates our nutrition labels, and also works as a consultant for any dietary questions. As a registered dietitian, Madison is passionate about improving the health and well-being of others through food. In her private practice, The Proper Plate (Lake Charles, LA), she often hears clients say they don’t want to sacrifice taste for the sake of health. Being born and raised in Lake Charles herself, she completely understands that. She’s confident you’ll find the PBC meals to satisfy your needs for flavor, comfort, and ease. She’s proud to be part of the PBC team, making healthy choices easier with nutritionally-balanced, delicious meals!

  • Heather Guidry

    Chef’s Assistant
    Heather helps with prepping, labelling, plating, and packing orders. She’s an integral part of the team, and we are so glad to her! She has a BSN from McNeese and was the owner of a vegan health foods company Downtown Naturals in Lake Charles. After having children with various food sensitivities and working with family with digestive and heart related conditions, she developed an absolute love of artistic expression through edible creations. She is very excited to contribute to The Plant Based Cajun and play an active role in its growth.

  • Gabby Barnes

    Pick-Up Order Coordinator
    Gabby runs the store-front for all pick-up meal-prep orders! She’s ready to greet you with a happy face and get you your delicious food! She’s currently attending McNeese State University as a Biology Student looking to pursue a career in Medicine. As someone born and raised in southwest Louisiana, she is excited to be a part of the team that combines cajun tastes and the heath benefits of plant-based meals.
