Red bean Cajun bowl: delicious!! I loved the many layers of flavor with the fresh garnish and the larger strips of onion and bell pepper. The beans were creamy and seasoned perfectly. The portion was big (but I’m not complaining!). I was very full and satisfied by the end of the meal. Can’t really think of anything I’d change on this one! Yum!!

At the height of my spice tolerance which was perfect for red beans! I still prefer sausage in my red beans, although I’m again surprised by how I did like the tofu substitute! First meal I couldn’t quite finish - very filling!!

This was delicious. The texture of the tofu was impressive, it was barely distinguishable from andouillle sausage. The seasoning was great, it felt like eating traditional red beans, but better flavors. I eat a lot, and I was happy with the portion size on this one too!

The lima beans are unexpectedly delicious. I would eat these beans all day. Spices are perfect and I want the recipe. It feels like I’m eating a delicious southern meal, I do not feel deprived of meat while eating it. I like the large and small chunks of cauliflower, and I like that I got a bunch of bites and he satisfaction of that. (For example I never feel like I got t eat enough when I eat sushi since it’s not enough bites). The texture makes me feel like I’m eating a seafood courtbouillon, which is super exciting and impressive. I’d eat this every week. I am 6’5” and I m full eating this meal, which is also very exciting. very satisfying.
