Air Fried Okra

RECIPE BELOW!! Okra. AKA: Gumbo. Yes, the literal translation of “okra” is “gumbo.” It’s actually what was used to thicken stews more often than not. When cooked, okra gives off a gelatinous texture, which some people don’t care for. I mean, I get it. I’m a big texture person. But I’m so much more open to different textures now. Okra tastes so great and fresh I really have come to love it.

This recipe is for all the okra nay-sayers out there. The ones who don’t like slimy textures. Guess what? When okra is cooked this way, it isn’t slimy! Hurray!!

It’s crunchy, spicey, and tastes so fresh!

My husband’s grandfather tried these last year and said: “This i the best okra I’ve had in my life.” Now that version my husband deep fried 😂 But I’m betting to say these do match up to that and contain way less oil!

Give these a try! Leave a review and let me know what you think!

Happy eating!! A plus tard….
