  • WOW!!! Dang girl. Okay, “soy crumbles” has been by far my favorite way to eat tofu. Textures were so good and just such an amazing balance of flavor/seasoning! It was so satisfying and a perfect comfort chili. I was only slightly tempted to add Fritos and cheese ;) But I resisted! Perfect serving amount.

  • Red bean Cajun bowl: delicious!! I loved the many layers of flavor with the fresh garnish and the larger strips of onion and bell pepper. The beans were creamy and seasoned perfectly. The portion was big (but I’m not complaining!). I was very full and satisfied by the end of the meal. Can’t really think of anything I’d change on this one! Yum!!

  • Had the chili tonight and Oh. My. WORD! It was perfect. Wouldn’t change a thing. The texture was “normal” for us non-vegan folks. The balance of crumbles to beans was spot on. The spices were great. Really really good.

  • Very tasty! Tofu has a good flavor, I liked the sweetness from the corn. I little hit of some hot sauce and it was perfect. I added a little salt but actually regretted it. It didn't actually need it.

  • The cornbread! Mmmm so good! My toddlers gobbled it up too and were wanting more more! Great texture, not too wet or dry. Loved the flavor of the red beans. At the height of my spice tolerance which was perfect for red beans! I still prefer sausage in my red beans, although I’m again surprised by how I did like the tofu substitute! First meal I couldn’t quite finish - very filling!!

  • The gumbo was delicious, with a great kick! I love the mushroom in there, it almost made my brain think i was eating a crawfish or something. I would have never thought of a whole food plant based gumbo and this exceeded my expectations! Flavors were on point. I really enjoyed eating it!

  • Holy sh*t your cornbread is changing my life right now. Seriously, so good. So soft and sweet but not too sweet. The red beans and rice are delicious too. It has a great flavor. The tofu blends in and has a nice texture.

  • this was delicious. The texture of the tofu was impressive, it was barely indistinguishable from andouillle sausage. The seasoning was great, it felt like eating traditional red beans, but better flavors. I eat a lot, and I was happy with the portion size on this one too!

  • “The lima beans are unexpectedly delicious. I would eat these beans all day. Spices are perfect and I want the recipe. It feels like I’m eating a delicious southern meal, I do not feel deprived of meat while eating it. I like the large and small chunks of cauliflower, and I like that I got a bunch of bites and he satisfaction of that. (For example I never feel like I got t eat enough when I eat sushi since it’s not enough bites). The texture makes me feel like I’m eating a seafood courtbouillon, which is super exciting and impressive. I’d eat this every week.
